What types of chairs do you offer? 

We offer a range of beechwood chairs in deckchair and director chair styles, and stools. They are suitable for outdoor and indoor use.
We offer a vast range of 100% cotton fabrics sourced from weavers around the world. Our patterns include classic stripes, whimsical, innovative stripes, and bold solids.

Our products are cut, assembled and sewn in our studio in Swords. Co. Dublin.

To place an order, simply browse our online catalogue, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other secure payment options. 

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email hello@decksandstripes.ie as soon as possible for assistance.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the product ordered. We use an Post with tracking for the large parcels and regular post with an Post for our fabrics if ordered separately. You can expect to receive your parcel within 5 working days.

Yes, we offer international shipping outside of the Republic of Ireland to select countries. Please email hello@decksandstripes.ie to discuss shipping methods.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items and the delivery location. All our shipping in Ireland is with an Post. You can view shipping costs at checkout before finalising your order. Shipping costs are free for purchases over €200.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped for large parcels. 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Some exclusions apply.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. 
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. 

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. For any colour matching purposes or to see fabrics in person, we suggest you purchase a swatch box which is fully refundable off your next purchase.

Our fabrics are 100% strong woven cotton canvas; they are not weatherproof. To extend the life of your stripes, try not to leave them out overnight – place them in a storage shed, room or other sheltered location. See our fabric care section for more details on keeping your stripes bright.
Yes, our wooden frames are weatherproof. However, the usual care for outdoor furniture is recommended, including an annual wash, sand and an additional protective coat of Murnango oil.
