Delivery & Returns
Order Preparation
All our fabrics are cut and sewn to order.
After confirmation of your order and validation of payment, we undertake to send the delivery carrier your order within 3 working days (this may be up to 5 working in extraordinary cases) for all orders placed before noon. Please allow extra delivery time during bank holidays and holiday periods.
Delivery Times
Shipping costs depend on the destination, the delivery method selected, and the weight of the package. The final rate is calculated and visible in the checkout process after selecting the county of delivery. Shipping costs are free for purchases over €200.
We offer international shipping outside of the Republic of Ireland to select countries. Please email hello@decksandstripes.ie to discuss shipping methods.
Delivery Tracking
When each shipment of your chair or stool goes out, we record the delivery number associated with your order. You can follow the progress of your parcel in real time by using the URL link and the tracking number that will have been sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched by your chosen delivery carrier.
In case of absence, an attempted delivery notice will be sent to your mailbox. You will have 15 days to collect your order from your post office.
Returns and Exchanges
To facilitate the processing of a possible return request, please email hello@decksandstripes.ie for a product return form. Include your product return form with the product you wish to return, and send it to us complete with the following information and meeting the following conditions:
Include your:
- Order number
- Last name
- Phone number
All returns must be unused and in perfect condition.
Let us know if you prefer an exchange or a refund. If you are making an exchange, you must note the product you wish to exchange it for.
Decks & Stripes will not be liable for postage costs for returns and exchanges.
The exchange or refund must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Any product returned outside this period cannot be taken back.
